DIRECTIONS: 1-3 per day or as directed by a health care practitioner. ALPHA-LIPOIC ACID PLUS should be taken with a B complex, such as Montiff, B-COMPLETE or B-LONG, since extra biotin is necessary when taking Alpha Lipoic acid.
